Express 45 — an express class to get you in and out — minimal time, maximum reward! this class changes every time — could be a slow burn, could be a deep burn.. focus could be upper, lower or full-body or cardio.
Embodied Pilates — a classical mat pilates class with an emphasis on somatic breathing practices to strengthen your nervous system and core stability.
Mumma + Me — a simple mat pilates class where babes and kiddos are welcome. slow movements, focused on strengthening and relieving tension. major focuses: hips, pelvic floor, SI-joint, back and shoulders, stress release and mumma-kiddo connection.
All Bodies Reformer — a mix of classical and contemporary movements. this reformer class is exactly how it sounds — suitable for everyone. focusing on the basics — contrology. breathwork, slow and controlled movements, slow burn, mindful, low impact, great for beginners or those wanting to re-focus on back-to-basics.
Reformer Elite — a mix of contemporary and classical movements. this class is best for those looking to increase the intensity and work on more difficult movements. best for intermediate to advanced, and those looking for a challenge.
Classic Cardio — a cardio reformer class using the cardio tramp! high-intensity, low-impact, cardio-focused, coordination, abdominal-focused. modified for beginners.
All Bodies Bootcamp — a circuit class with 4 quadrants: mat, reformer, cardio and TRX. set the timer and we’re off!
